Here is an opportunity to experience a local mode of transport that many people don't even know exists.
The only time I ever travelled on this punt was with a group of cachers, on the 5th Sep 2015, during The Yarra Expedition - Pt 1 GC6094E

Westgate Punt Operating Times:

The punt has its weekday commuter service from 6.30 to 9.10 am and 3.40 to 7.00 pm.
Wheelchair Accessible. 

Weekend Timetable:

The weekend service runs on demand (you turn up, we take you across) between 9.00 am to 5.00 pm Saturday and Sunday.

Travel over on the punt or take a drive over the Westgate Bridge.
Join us on the West Bank of the Yarra River, in front of Scienceworks.

There is no seating here. BYO chair, snacks and drinks.
