Hurricane Michael made landfall at 2 p.m October 10, 2018 near Mexico Beach Florida, with top sustained winds of 155 mph. This series of caches are dedicated to Michaels landfall, our landscapes and lives have been forever changed by Michael. After the storm there was debree from homes, boats, cars everywhere it literally looked like a war zone, but little by little the communities are cleaning up and rebuilding and our small communities are starting to come back. Michael took a lot of homes, too many lives, so many trees, and left so many people with horrible memories of his landfall, most everyone you talk too that stayed and rode the storm out has a story of survival that included a lot of praying and being terrrified. Michael will be forever in our memories.
