We have always wondered why this place is here. Why does anyone need a rest stop here when it is so close to two local towns with food, hotels, gas and most anything else a traveler would need? Now we know! This is a great place to stop and find a cache. This is an ammo box with lots of start up swag from caches we have found in the past...share and share alike. Kid and pet friendly. This area closes for the winter but the cache is still available. Winter parking may be a bit more difficult and the hike a bit longer. On the edge of State Game lands, please wear orange in season.
