Gum Drop Traditional Cache

The cache is a medium/large size upcycled snack mix container painted black with camo tape wrapped around it. The area the cache is located has a church that started out as a tent and through the years evolved into the building it is now. The area Moselle itself used to be a bustling little community with a store and it's own post office thanks to the old saw mill at the end of Barnes road. After the mill closed, the area did what all places do when the major industry closes up. What is left of the community is all that remains from the once bustling area. The yellow house just up the road from the cache is the only origonal house from that time period. My wife and I own the house and the 3.5 acres it sits on so don't be afraid to wave if you see us outside while looking for this cache. We used to geocache a lot when we lived in Summerville and want to teach our 3 young daughters about it. Hope you enjoy the cache, and watch for more around the area in the future. Also, if you see a pair of dogs in the yard, they will just bark. They can not get to the cache, they are all bark and no bite. Also, if you happen to see a bright red VW Beetle out front of the shop, feel free to come up and take a look, there's a travel bug on her somewhere.
