5 - WOODS, MOUNTAINS & ABER VIEWS - NUTS!

This cache has been placed in Coed Y Cwm Local Nature Reserve by kind permission of Ceredigion Council
From the last cache continue along the footpath and look out for a permissive footpath marker pointing up the hill on your right. See waypoint as its not that obvious.
This is a steep but short little jaunt into the woods, with a thankfully added bench at the top to allow you to get your breath back.
Keep a watchful eye on children & dogs here as there is a sheer cliff face close by - it is fenced off, but please make sure they don't wander off in that direction.
Tree cover may affect co-ords on GPS. Hence, the 3 difficulty rating. I have added a dog tag disc to the tree with the letters GC5 to help you identify the correct tree among many!
You are looking for an interesting container which shouldn't be too hard to find. But how are you going to be able to sign the logbook?? Have fun!!
After finding the cache, continue up through the wood until you reach the boundary wall. Turn right here and head into the fields - remembering to put your dogs on their leads before you go through the gate.
