This one is easy!  I mean really … there’s only ONE place to search!! 

 

DO NOT park on Highway 78 or try to get this cache from 78.  There’s parking within 20 feet of the cache that is off the road and in the right of way.  It even has asphalt!  Park there and you will quickly have the smiley!!
