N.E.L.S: I knew this area would be in a construction zone eventually, and I think it's time to archive these caches. They served their purpose and got a few finds on them. I will go up and retrieve what's left of them soon.

There are lots of construction going on and lots of no trespassing signs, but this cache is in the clear. Just a film container with a log.
Hopefully this cache lasts awhile before anything gets done with this area.
