Humble Beginnings
Back in 2007 I was awaiting the completion of my divorce when I was able to locate a long lost friend online. This friend, form way back in high school days, later became my wonderful wife. Just before i found her again, I had moved into a VERY small apartment that was located above some stores on Main St. It wasn't much but it was all I needed as far as a place to lay my head. The first time I brought her to this small town was Labor Day weekend but since I was a cop, I had to work. She spent the day looking out the window down to Main St. watching the parade and me working it. I do believe at that time I only had a futon as a bed and two bar stools for seating, but she enjoyed it all the same.
Fast forward years later.. I was looking for a unique date ideas and found Geocaching. I knew that I would like this for the aspect of finding hidden objects, and she would like it because she likes riding around with me. I had decided right away that if I did a hide it would have something to do with this apartment. We are now about to celebrate our 15 year anniversary of being together (7 years married). The apartment is now owned by someone that is not using them, but you can still get to this hide. I hope you enjoy this 1st hide of many more to come.
