Rumpelstiltskin

The cache is NOT at the posted coords NOR in the King's Tower.

One of the Red Herrings claimed he could weave straw into gold. So the Herring Grimm Brothers locked him away in a tower with straw and a spinning wheel. He worked really hard on trying to turn the straw into gold, but all he got was a cache. He tried time and again but just ended up with more caches. So he finally told the brothers that he had to skip the gold and that he would just hide one of the 8 caches he had made. They agreed and let him out provided he would only leave a coded hint to where he hid it. He then hid his cache and left the following information:
