K is for Kent
This county of caches
Where we discovered this game
And got a few rashes
Look for the post
Then look behind
There you will find
A small helpful sign
Follow the trail
Navigate with care
Now just a bit further
and up in the air
The Cache: This is a short two-stage cache. At the first stage you will need to find the coordinates to the second stage. Once you find this, plug them into the geocaching app or really most any map app. At the second stage you will find the logbook.
Stage 1 was the obvious choice for the initial coordinates. If the sign is missing, check the metal post.
Stage 2 is a short walk away - just over 500 feet. Check the attributes - Some degree of dexterity and surefootedness will be required. A friend would be most helpful as well.
We are Meaptastic - a father and son team that got started Geocaching at the end of 2018. It's been a great way to spend time together and get outside. This past summer, we participated in the Metro 5 & 10 K and ran along this Fred Meijer M-6 trail. While doing so, we thought of an idea to place a series of caches based on the alphabet describing what we have learned so far about Geocaching. We are hoping to make each cache unique and fun to find!

The lame poetry
Is intentionally bad
That's my role as Dad
