This area is popular little area with people. With a cenopath close by and a ships propellor, some nicley kept garden beds, a BarBQ or two picnic seating this area theres even a wharf for fishing or sitting, looking at fish. With parking, a cafe, boatshed to hire tinnies ( boats ) even the local RSL Club is all near by. The only time of the year when this place will be at its busiest would have to be Anzac Day, thats not to mean this place would be any less busy its quiet popular with locals and visitors alike. I dont feel i need to exsplain about the Anzacs, im sure if you dont know who they are by now the internet would be full of information regarding the fallen brave soldiers. I would add that this wharf or park would be a nice peaceful place to reflct on their lives. Anzac Park was the location of Ellis & co Timber mill 1898-1950
