I wanted to hide an evil cache. This is it.  Hunting for this might be best on week days. Although this park is not used a lot, avoid targeting this one on mid-day Saturday and Sunday. People might have the pavilion reserved for parties. After you have found it, I would appreciate it if you didn't give hints to others. Good luck.
