The South Country History Series is a new series of geocaches being placed at locations of rural schools, churches, cemeteries, cenotaphs, and former townsites in south central Saskatchewan.
Shamrock Regional Park is a lovely little spot nestled into the meanders of the Wood River. Open seasonally, this park - one of many Regional Parks in Saskatchewan - offers great opportunities for fishing, kayaking, slow pitch, berry picking, and camping. During the summer, come check out the swimming pool, concession, and 9-hole sand green golf course.
This NANO is located outside of the park - so it can be obtained at any time. But the park entry fee is well worth it - this place is a gem! Watch for muggles in the area.
