Į šiaurę nuo Palangos tilto lygiagrečiai jūros driekiasi maždaug 3,5 km ilgio asfaltuotas pėsčiųjų ir dviračių takas – Naglio alėja, kurio viduryje stūkso Naglio kalnas.

Naglio alėja ne mažiau įdomi ir geologiniu požiūriu. Ji nutiesta per pajūrio kopas, kurios anksčiau judėjo, vienos nyko, kitas, naujas, supustydavo jūros vėjai. Pajūrio augmenija sulaiko smėlį, tad kopos pradėtos apželdinti pušelėmis 1926 m. vadovaujant miškininkui Marijonui Daujotui. Medinį paminklą M. Daujoto atminimui rasite šalia Naglio kalno. Palangiškiai pasakoja, kad į talką sodinti pušaičių rinkosi ir jų tėvai, seneliai, ir savanoriai iš visos Lietuvos.
