The posted coordinates lead you to the Rockwood Cenotaph. When standing in front of the cenotaph and facing it, look to the Southwest (to your left) and you'll see a small sign. That's where you need to go to get the required info for the North coordinates.

What is the year the ceremony took place? Divide that number 1000 and add to these fictitious North Coordinates: N 43 35.062
For the West Coordinates:
Go around the back of the white wooden fence that surrounds the cenotaph. Count the number of thicker, vertical posts on the back of the fence (note: do not include the picket boards), divide that by 100 and subtract it from these fictitious West Coordinates: W 080 08.707.
