Geocache Description:

The posted coordinates are meaningless for the purposes of finding this cache.

The map features a few places around Western New York where we've found caches over the years.  I was doing research about these places with the thought of making a puzzle or nine when something better occurred to me.  I could celebrate our nearly 9 years of geocaching to date by highlighting 9 of the towns we've cached in - and all in one convenient location!

To solve this puzzle, you will need to use the nine puzzle pages below, but they're not necessarily in the correct order.  Associated with each puzzle is a town name, encoded as a CCC-style clue (admittedly, some better than others).  Once you decode the town's name, you'll need to use information about that town to solve that portion of the puzzle.  Each puzzle uses a different kind of code or cipher, including at least one that I've never used before.

I'd suggest decoding all the town names first - that will help to establish the correct order of the puzzle pages.

Once in the correct order, you'll use the answer from one puzzle as the input to the next.  For example, if the third puzzle's answer was 7 (it's not, but lets pretend), and the fourth  puzzle was "multiply by 6," (it's not - still pretending) the answer for the 4th puzzle would be 42 (it's definitely not, but remember, we're pretending).  You'd then use 42 as your input for the 5th puzzle.

You will enter your final answer into the checker to receive the coordinates.  If your final answer is not an integer, round to the nearest 5 decimal places.  If it is an integer, enter only the integer portion (no decimal point or trailing zeroes).

The input to the first puzzle is 1.

(For those of you wondering, there's over 300,000 unique orderings of the puzzles - but only 1 where you win.  At least it's not 14,000,605 possibilities.)

FTF prize is the power to wipe out half of the population of the Universe with the snap of your fingers... or something almost as cool.

NOTE: You will get wet and dirty finding this cache.  Do not attempt it in sandals or Sunday school clothes.  Hunting doesn't appear to be "officially" allowed here, but there are neighbors who may not care.  Best to wear bright colors.

You are by no means obligated to go after this, or any, cache.  Do so at your own risk.

Immense thanks to Toolrep1 for playtesting the puzzle and finding a devastating error.

You can validate your puzzle solution with certitude.
