This cache is inside of the Palms/ Rancho public library. The cache was placed there with permission from the library staff, even so, please be mindful that this is a public area, and do not disturb the library staff. Make sure to take some time to look around the library and maybe check out a couple of books. The coordinates provided will take you to the first stage. There you will find the necessary information about the final stage. There is no swag in the final stage cache, but there are a couple small things in the first stage. Please bring your own pen. unti I am able to put a more muggle proof first stage, I will just tell you: the Chechen is in the young adult section with the paperbacks, that should limit you search to that one spinning shelf. Please, do not ask the librarians where the cache is!
