There are so many types of numbers. There are whole numbers … fractions … decimals. There are cardinal numbers and ordinal numbers. We talk about integers … real numbers … rational numbers … irrational numbers. Numbers are everywhere.
And how do numbers affect Geocaching?? Well, quite simply, geocaching is ALL about the numbers. You must have numbers to get coordinates. Geocaching is FULL of numbers. There are the coordinates. (And then there are accurate coordinates!) There are statistics. There are challenges. There are streaks.
Sometimes in a mystery cache (like this one) you will see a list of “random” numbers. In this puzzle these are all whole numbers. There are no fractions. I believe in Algebra we would have called these “Positive Integers”. Anyway … all you have to do is read the list of numbers … peruse the numbers in front of you … analyze the numbers … look for common factors in the numbers … find the key … and solve the puzzle. It’s as simple as that!!!

I’m not sure how to rate this mystery cache. I think that many of you are going to consider it easy. (But then I know the solution!). There’s no hint listed because I have already given you a couple. I could consider raising the difficulty if cachers are having trouble completing the find for this cache. We’ll just wait and see.
You will need to have a writing instrument to sign the log. Please replace everything just as you found it! Remember to be safe … and Happy Hunting!!!
