👦🏻 ~ Out On The Weekend ~ 👦🏻
is #22 in the series
My caches are named after songs by a singer/songwriter/musician I really admire ~ Neil Young. With over 90 albums since the late 60's he remains significant today in music, renewable energies, environmental issues, supporting those less fortunate and other charitable causes.
This was the first Neil Young song I heard in late high school. A friends brother had a good collection of records and the family had a really great sound system. I didn't buy records as I couldn't afford them. One afternoon in a darkened lounge room whilst having a caramel milkshake I put this on the turntable, upped the volume and dropped the needle onto the vinyl. I was captivated by the opening beats and I was hooked.
Was it the Caramel shake ?
No ! It was Neil Young and the Stray Gators on the album Harvest, his best selling album of all time.

Neil has said "Even when I'm happy it sounds like I'm not and when I try to say I'm happy I try to disguise it.
I'm so happy that I can't get it all out."
