Nice city parking lot and tons of parking...and muggles. Can you grab the cache and sign the log without being found out? Should be a simple park and grab, if you hit it at the right time of day. Nothing to crazy, pretty much a nice place to rest and check out the beach from a nice gazebo as well. Good Luck!
