Geocache Description:

If you like dry feet please read the instructions below. If you like wet feet and forcing your way through bushes feel free to find your own route to GZ. This is one of those situations where the longer route is the quicker and more comfortable.

Welcome to East-West Confluence. This Regular-sized cache is hidden in a linear park near the multi-stream confluence of the East and West branches of Arnolds Creek in Melton South.

The driest way to get to GZ is to park near the trail head then begin your walk on the western side of the bridge on the Melton South street that shares its name with a song well known to fans of the British rock band Led Zepplin. Any other roads near GZ are blocked by high, locked gates. You'll enjoy the walk and might see and hear local birdlife and a hive of wild bees.

The geocache contains a log, a pen and a pencil, and some swag. Please remember to take swag only if you swap it for something of real equal or greater value. Other players deserve to find treasure too. Please carefully return the cache to its hiding place as you found it.
