At the posted coordinates you will find a very large pole with some rather large vertical letters on it.
Use the letter number cipher (ie A=1, B=2, etc) to convert the 5 lower big letters to numbers then add the 5 numbers together. The digital root of the resulting 2 digit number is 4.
Divide the two digit number by 1000 and add to the posted north coordinate and subtract from the posted west coordinate.
