The cache is a small 'sandwich box' clip-top container, large enough for small swapables and trackables, located within the boundaries of the Locking Village recreation field. To reach the cache site itself, a short walk on a mainly level grass surface is required.
Time restricted car parking (with a 2.1m height restriction) is sometimes available (school hours during term time, and most weekend mornings for football practice, but don't rely on it). There is very limited on road parking on the Old Banwell Road (please do not obstruct the field gates and note the narrow road is a regular bus route!). There is also a layby on the main A371 Locking Moor Road side of the field, with pedestrian access.
Dogs are permitted on the field, but please DO NOT allow them to foul the sports pitches, and always clear up if they perform anwhere in the feild; there are plenty of dog bins provided.
