Kärnbo kyrkoruin är en ruin av den tidigare sockenkyrkan i Kärnbo socken i Södermanland. Murarna är uppförda av gråsten.
Den har haft formen av en romansk absidkyrka och uppfördes till stora delar under 1100-talets senare del. Under senmedeltiden byggdes kyrkan ut åt väster.
Kyrkan lämnades till sitt öde i samband med att Mariefreds kyrka uppfördes, mycket av inredningen såldes då till andra kyrkor. Ett krucifix från Kärnbo kyrka finns i Mariefreds kyrka.

Kärnbo church ruin is a ruin of the former parish church in Kärnbo in Södermanland.
It has taken the form of a Romanesque church and was largely built during the latter part of the 12th century. Later the church was expanded to the west.
The church was left to its fate when Mariefred's church was built, much of the decor was then sold to other churches. A crucifix from Kärnbo church can be found in Mariefred's church.
