This cache site is the former final stage of a multi I had in the area. Unfortunately the multi had issues so I had to archive it and create this one out of the final stage. You are in the parking lot of the Whistler Interpretative forest. This forest is an area that was previously logged. The forest demonstrates the regrowth from planting and applications of fertilizer (watewater treatment plant solids). There are hiking trails here and more things to see further up the Cheakamus lake forest service road. You can hike or drive. There is a parking lot 7km up the road which is the trail head for the 3km hike into Cheakamus lake.
This cache is prone to condensation so the log is in a container in the cache itself. A cache within a cache if you will.
