All are welcome to attend this family-friendly event on Sunday, September 29, 2019. The gathering will be held outside on the patio (weather-permitting) at 1330 Main Ave, Moorhead MN 56560 from 2:15-3:15 p.m. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages of many varieties are available for purchase, but no purchase is necessary to attend. My favorite Minnesota pizza is also available to purchase.

The Fargo-Moorhead GeoTour officially kicks off on Saturday, so whether you plan to complete the GeoTour in 24 hours or haven't ever found a geocache, join us to pick up a passport, share feedback (be nice!) and hang out with fellow geocachers. Spoiler alert: there will be several GeoTour caches within a short distance from this location!
ABOUT THE GEOTOUR
For a Midwest city, Fargo-Moorhead's a little off-center. You might recognize the name from the cult classic film "Fargo" or popular series that features goofy accents, flat, white landscape, and the infamous woodchipper (we have the original on display!). While the accent is mildly accurate, and the land is flat, everything else about Fargo, and its two sister cities, is completely unexpected, or as we like to call it, North of Normal. Come see for yourself and explore Minnesota and North Dakota’s FIRST official GeoTour.
Whether you're a seasoned geocacher or brand-new to the hobby, we sure hope you'll find something to love about our vibrant community at one of our 24 geocache destinations. Once you finish your passport, you will receive one free GeoCoin commerating your successful completion of the Fargo-Moorhead GeoTour [one coin per geocaching account, while supplies last]
Please share your photos + adventures on social media using the hashtag #FMgeotour
