This is my first geocache (take two) that is located at the edge of a community garden near downtown Lansing. There is easy parking on the neighborhood streets and if you park close enough, the cache is less than 20 steps away ;)
There is no need to go walking through the garden and please remember not to take any produce with you as this is a garden that people put lots of work and love into (no matter how overgrown it is when you find it!)
There tends to be more people out on the streets during the weekend but muggles aren't really an issue in general in this area.
If it takes you ten seconds to find this cache and you feel like exploring some more, I suggest you walk across Leitram street (even though it looks like someone's long driveway, I can assure you are allowed into these gardens) and you will discover a little area with picnic tables and trees that make up Genessee Gardens Cohousing.
