EDITED 11/10/2019: I had to replace the original container since the (really nice!) first one mysteriously disappeared. Unfortunately, this new one doesn’t have room for all the treats & trinkets that the first one did. But keep an eye out for new caches that I will be hiding soon! This cache will be a GREAT find for the little kids who are along on the hunt! I chose this location because this was one of my son's favorite shopping stops when he was younger. We have such wonderful memories of reading together, as I did with MY mother as well. Reading to and with kids enriches their lives in so many ways, and opens up an entire world that is limited only by the imagination. Make reading with your kids or grandkids a fun tradition - you will never regret it!
You are looking for a medium-sized container that is NOT on the ground. It is reasonably accessible, but do be careful of pokes and scratches. Be sure to sign the logbook, and jot down your favorite book when you sign!
