You are seeking a micro cache hidden on the bike path heading down to the Mississippi River. Depending on the time of day and the weather, there could be muggles in the nearby parking lot, restaurant patio, or on the path itself, so please use stealth as warranted. Bring your own pen.
With the parking lot right there, this could be a park-and-grab, but why not take a bike ride or stroll down to the riverfront while you're here? A nice overlook is within sight of this cache, and another one of my caches ("Riverfront Reconnaissance") is about a tenth of a mile away along a scenic stretch of path.
NOTE: THIS CACHE IS NOT ON ANY PART OF THE BRIDGE NOR SHOULD IT BE SEARCHED FOR FROM THE BRIDGE. THE CACHE IS ADJACENT TO THE BIKE PATH ON GROUND LEVEL AND CAN ONLY BE FOUND UTILIZING THAT BIKE PATH.
