You are looking for a tiny black magnetic nano cache. No parking on the street here, and no standing between 6:30PM and 12 Midnight, Monday to Friday and also between 12 Noon and 6PM Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays. Note that there appears to be no regulations against sitting, squatting, kneeling, laying, jogging, or rolling. If you find a way to do this cache without potentially being cited, photos would be appreciated!
