Geocache Description:

This is part of a geocaching power trail of 100 caches named after my only granddaughter, Kinley. We travel this route very frequently to go see her or pick her up to stay with us. There isn’t much on this stretch of highway, so thought it would be a good place for a power trail.

The trail is best done going south to north, as all of the caches are placed on the east side of the road. They are placed in locations that allow you to fully pull off the road for safety. They are all micro caches in one of these 3 forms: colored bison capsules, covered film cannisters or magnetic key holders. Originally, I wanted to make them all “winter friendly”, but it was just not possible. Some are on the ground under the same type of rock(s) and depending on snow cover may not be able to be found in the winter.

There will be hints that will pretty much let you walk directly to the cache. If you want just a little challenge, don’t read the hint.

Some of the caches are further a part than others based on the availability of places to safely pull off the road. From start (#1) to finish (#100) it is approximately 60 miles. You will need to bring a writing stick, the caches do not have one.

I would really appreciate it if you could include cache condition in your post if you find that it needs maintenance. Also, please post any DNF. Thank you!
