This cache is located at Bugundang Park which is one of the best spots in this area to enjoy the sunset. There's also a monument and information here about Yu Gwan-sun who was a Freedom Fighter during the Japanese Occupation of Korea.
This cache is very close to the building/fence but not inside of it, so there is no need to try to get inside. What you're looking for is located at about waist height. Good luck! :)
