I was inspired by opportunity, and the latest rash of acitivity in the area, to place this for someone(s) who are creating a great deal of joy and exploration for folks in the GC community. It's surprising they hadn't already thought of it, in fact!

This was placed with approval by Ellen Vause, the City Manager, a long-time customer and friend. She is aware of the location and the container, but PLEASE, DO NOT ask anyone in City Hall for help as they do NOT have the time, and no one else knows about it. Anyone with the least experience will probably find this quickly....or will they?!
