Leap Day happens only once every four years. You don't want to sleep through it. So get up and get out to this Leap Day event. After we take a leaping picture about 10:15, you can head out to your weekend activities. This is a laid-back event, but you won't go back to sleep here. Snow or shine unless we have a blizzard or really horrid weather. Watch this space if there is an issue.
