The Coquille watershed encompasses a 1,089 square mile area primarily located in Coos County, OR. The upland headwaters originate in the Coast Range and drain into one of four forks: North Fork, East Fork, Middle Fork, and South Fork. Just downstream from Myrtle Point, the North and South Forks converge to form the main-stem Coquille River that flows to the Pacific Ocean at the town of Bandon. You can launch your boat on the Coquille River here at Sturdivant Park.
