Lil' Sting was a fervent Geocacher who died unexpectedly in 2011. This tree, dedicated to her shortly after her death, and the cache within, commerate her life and her passion for caching. The tree is on the property of the town hall of East Granby, so muggle presence might exist. Every year, on the first Friday of December, the town holds a tree lighting where I get to flip the switch and illuminate the tree. The cache is not buried and is not on the ground, but could very well be knocked into the ground. It should be a park and grab, but it might be a bit of an extra challenge without the hint. THE HINT WILL ALL BUT GIVE IT AWAY. Be careful when replacing the cache, and thank you for visiting this special place.
