Fourth in the four series 'Advancetown Amble' and by far the most challenging. The Hinze Dam was completed in 1977 resulting in the relocation of the entire village of Advancetown. The school had already closed and the declining timber industry also contributed to dwindling population. Nevertheless when the dam is very low the remnants of the township can be seen - although this is very unlikely with the raising of the wall complete in 2013. The new township including caravan park and hotel sit above the waterline. To find the cache follow the remnants of the old track up until you reach a summit. It's there but you'll need to search for it to get the smileeeee
