Lights, Camera, Action, the 2019 Geocaching International Film Festival (GIFF) comes to Biggin Hill.

The LEC love geocaching films and this year we are celebrating by holding a special film festival as follows:

Date: Sunday 17th November 2019

Time: 10:00am to 12:00pm. The film will start at 10:30am prompt and last for approximately one hour

Venue: 1st Biggin Hill Scout Hall, 200 Main Rd, Biggin Hill, TN16 3BB

Hosts: The Biggin Hill Flyers, Mang and terrapintim

This is an official 2019 GIFF event and all attendees will automatically receive the official GIFF 2019 digital profile souvenir.


There will be ample time for geochats at both the beginning and end of the event.

There will be an event log to sign and a container for TBs and Geocoins, however, unfortunately due to the event's location it is unsuitable for large trackables.

There will also be light refreshments available and to ensure that there are sufficient amounts please log your intention to attend as soon as possible.

Finally, a suggested voluntary donation of £2 per adult would be appreciated, as this will be used towards the cost of hiring the hall.

Formed in 2015, the League of Extraordinary Cachers (LEC) are a group of enthusiastic geocachers, who want to enjoy shared geocaching adventures, meet as many geocachers as possible to chat, swap stories, trackables and encourage geocaching, whilst having lots of fun. We champion the use of digital technology including Facebook, YouTube and Twitter and use this to promote geocaching worldwide, which we’ve done with great success!
