A cache primarily to encourage FSU students in geography courses to employ geospatial technology independently, see a little bit of Frostburg off the beaten path, and sign the log for a few bonus points. Anyone is welcome to seek it out, and there is a bag with some tchotchkes for any passerby. Shouldn't be too hard to find!
