Ancient House Chiang Mai
The Ancient house chiangmai ; AHC is located on the Ping River valley. AHC was created in 1867 (over 150 years old until now) by ancestors from Hsenwi, Shan State, Myanmar who entered the timber business with Bombay Burma Trading Corporation, Ltd., (a company that was granted a forest concession in the Ping River along to Bangkok). Later, he built a big ancient house next to the Ping River to be the heir to five generations. It is a precious heritage with historical value. It should be worth the conservation to stay with the city of Chiang Mai for long time. Now Ancient House Chiangmai is over 152 years old.
