Tarawera Tiki Tour - Waru
This cache is #8 in a series of 14 caches that will take you the length or Tarawera and Spencer Roads. This series is designed to be family friendly and should be achievable for all ages.
Yet another easy park and grab - once again, depending on how busy it is, you can park right alongside the cache. Take a load off and sit down for a while. You may even want to go for a tea, coffee or snack at the nearby cafe. Straight ahead of you (when sitting), you should see a small white shed over the fence in the Buried Village grounds.

Once you've found one, you will know exactly the size and shape of container that you're looking for. All 14 are identical.

Most caches in this set rely heavily on natural camo. Please ensure you leave them well covered after you visit.

Most finds will be easy park and grabs, with some requiring a short walk. Most are pushchair accessible, but those that aren't will say so.

The Dillnutz whanau includes two dogs, however there are some caches that we wouldn't bring our furry friends along to - these are noted.
