A few weeks ago when I traveling down Route 4 I noticed that they actually built something here! Wasn't this just an empty parking lot for years? Shows how often I come down this way.
In any case, it looks like they may have cut a few corners here and there. This was one of many poles that had been covered with a tight wrapping of electrical tape. I'm no electrician, but I'm pretty sure this is bad form. But their corner cutting is your chance to earn a smiley! While "admiring" the work, I found a nearby location to place a cache.
Let me be very clear: The cache has nothing to do with the access panel in the picture! Do not poke around in there!
