NIC 2019 #4 - Springboard Traditional Cache

This cache is part of a series of 5 caches placed for the 2019 Nightmare in Carnation – Creepy Cacher Campout. Each cache contains a code word, write the code word in your passport (available at the link below).  Bring the code word to the dinner event on Saturday October 5^th, between 3pm – 4pm, each code word you collect will equal one entry into the raffle. After the event date has passed the caches will remain for fun, but the code words will no longer be used.
