Just offshore of Kualoa Beach parks East point is a long breakwater placed there i think in the 1980's to try and help combat beach erosion. Most of the beach is slowly being washed away leaving coconut tree stumps, irrigation pipes and water fountains partially in the ocean at high tides. Cache container is hidden along that breakwall underwater. Tides will determine depth. Bring your dive mask and reefwalkers. At the most it could be3 feet deep. When replacing cache be sure that everything is clean and tight.
Congratulations to kailua_matt for being the FTF
