People just do nothing was/is a BBC sitcom/mockumemtary about a pirate radio station. The show is based and was filmed in and around Brentford and South Ealing. It is a bit sweary and edgy but really very funny indeed.

the character of Steves’s Nan is played by Pamela Lyne. When Steves was young, his Nan like any grandmother, would treat him with sweeties.
as he got older, Steves’s favourite thing changed and he now likes different type of “sweets”. Luckily, Steves’s Nan lives in a home where all sorts of goodies are freely available.
