A warm welcome to Winwick and the KT102 event Which is being held at:
The Winwick Quay, Winwick Road, Winwick Quay Industrial Estate, Warrington, WA2 8RN
Everybody is welcome whether you are a seasoned KT attendee or if this is your first event. If you are new to events and a little wary, please contact me.
The event will follow the usual format of Geochat, Drink and Food (can be done in any order and as many times as you wish), Note no purchase is necessary.
There will be a few caches going live around 8.00pm. Don't forget your specialist equipment - A torch.
Hopefully we will be blessed with good weather.
Please indicate on your attendance log if you will be eating so I can keep the pub informed regarding numbers. Thank you.
PLEASE NOTE:
GETTING TO THE EVENT:
If coming by car on the M6/M62 you need junction 22/9 respectively and follow the A49 towards Warrington, but have to drive passed the pub to the next roundabout then back up the A49 to get to the pub. You need to enter your registration on arrival in the pub. Red arrows on map
ON LEAVING
You cannot get immediately back onto the A49, you have to leave via Woburn Road then left into Calver Road and left at the traffic lights which takes you to the A 49. Here either left for the M62/M6 or right for Warrington and south. Blue arrows on map
