Geocache Description:


From the murky depths of the West Napoleon Canal, a vessel emerges to watch over this busy area of Metairie....or it is just a drainage vent, you decide. This one is not a park and grab as West Napoleon offers no immediate parking. Your best bet is to park in the nearby neighborhood and take a little walk. Highly muggle ratio during the daytime hours, so try to be subtle....and don't bang on the hatch!
