Geocache Description:

**This geocache is not at the posted coordinates. I would not suggest going there, because car dodging is not conducive to long life**

Perhaps for you it is remembering a much anticipated weekly family game night. Or maybe long summer hours spent on the front porch with friends around a board game. Or heated disagreements with siblings over who was cheating who, dodging right and left as game pieces went flying through the air.  No matter your memories, recent or distant, this puzzle will tune in to that game nostalgia.

For each description below, figure out the missing number and then use it to plug in to the final coordinates.  As some of these games have been revamped or revised over the years, please revert to the original or classic versions when doing your figuring.

Final is at N 39 AB.CDE  W 104 FG.HIJ    When you log your find, tell me what are or were some of your favorite games!

1.)  Simon and Chester lay sprawled on the floor of Simon's living room, a set of two Battleship boards between them.  Knowing his next move will surely mean the demise of Chester's beloved Cruiser, which requires {A} hits to sink, he calls out his guess.  Chester sighs and glumly replies "Hit and sink!" as he places the final red peg in the now sunken Cruiser.

2.)  Stuck indoors, due to the thunderstorm winding up outside, which nixed their plan of going to the pool, Jeannie and her friends decide to pull out Trouble.  They begin to set everything up when Bowen asks, "Hey Jeannie, do you want to see if your sister wants to play? Because we only have {B} players, there is room for one more."  Jeannie's sister readily agrees and the game begins with the familiar smack to the bubble, the sharp pop, and the clickety clack of the dice inside its plastic bubble.

3.)  Lacey and Vivian take a break from Operation to grab a glass of lemonade from the fridge.  Once they are seated back around the "operating table," they scan Cavity Sam.  Already, 4 of the bothersome pieces have been removed, leaving {C} more left. Vivian begins her move and draws the next card.  "It's the funny bone," she declares, as she carefully picks up the tweezer and slowly, slowly goes for the bone, trying carefully not to touch the metal edges of the cavity. A slip of the hand can lead to a startling buzz, and Vivian is determined not to let that happen.

4.)  Theo and his family are all seated around the table, the pack of Uno cards in the center.  Theo remembers playing Uno before, but his head is a bit fuzzy wiith all the rules.  Patiently his dad explains the basics, helping to jog Theo's memory.  "Oh, that's right!" Theo exclaims.  "And just how many Skip cards are there in the pack?" he asks, thinking this might help in his strategy a bit.  "There's {D} for each color,” his sister Katie says from across the table.  She always was a know-it-all.

 <

5.)  Caleb and his grandfather had a weekly ritual.  Every Wednesday night, while his parents were at their bowling league, Caleb and his grandfather would play a few rounds of Yahtzee.  "It's good math practice!" his grandfather would always declare.  Tonight, Caleb was not doing so well.  After adding up the total of the upper section of his score card, he realized that because he did not get 63 or more points, he would get {E} bonus points.  But there was always a chance to catch up with his bottom section scores, as he had a few turns left.  "Your turn!" he said as he handed the brown cup and 5 dice to his grandfather.

6.)  Arthur, Elise and Bobby sat quietly and patiently as Myra surveyed her investigation card and the sprawling Clue board with its assortment of rooms, suspects, and weapons, any combination of which could have been involved in the murder of Mr. Body.  "Hurry up, make your guess!" Arthur said impatiently.  Myra ignored them as she looked at her card, which by now had several checkmarks on it.  For the location of the murder, she had already ruled out 4 of the rooms, leaving only {F} left in which it could have happened.  "I say it was Colonel Mustard, in the Ballroom, with the Candlestick!" she confidently says, though she's not 100% sure her guess is correct.

7.)  Mindy reached up into the top of the closet and got down the somewhat battered box of Candyland.  She had promised she would play with her little sister Kayla, even though Mindy thought herself to be a little too old for it.  After shuffling the cards and putting them in a neat stack in the middle of the board, she asked Kayla which of the {G} colored gingerbread men she wanted to be. "I'll be red!" Kayla decided, even though she would rather it were pink.

8.)  "Dear Lord, this game always takes forever!" mom moaned to herself as she obligingly sat on the floor with her kids, playing a very drawn out game of Life.  Unfortunately, there was still awhile left in the game, as her person had only just gotten assigned a career.  Luckily, Jillian and Derek were a little further ahead and Jill already had a blue peg, symbolizing a baby boy, in the back of her car.  Hoping to speed things up, she silently hoped for the highest number on the spinner as she made her move.  The spinner whizzed around quickly and then finally came to a stop.  It wasn't the largest number, but at least the next best.  Reaching forward over the game board, she meandered her car forward {H} spaces.

9.)  Nick was never one to use a lot of words, so the game of Scrabble seemed a little daunting.  His girlfriend Trinity, however, was never short on words, as was evidenced by the plethora of verbage already on the board.  "Hmmm...." he mused, as he looked over his tiles to see what could get him the best score.  Finally, he picked up the letter P, which although only worth {I} points on its own, would at least help him out a little bit.  His letter K would also serve him well. He selected a few other letters and placed them on the board. "Wow!" Trinity exclaimed. "I would not have ever thought to add 'plank' to the beginning of 'ton' like that!"

10.)  Felipe, Tim, and Eric were smack dab in the middle of an exciting game of Sorry!. They each took turns drawing cards, moving their pieces feverishly around the board, and hoping to get them all safely home first.  Eric's turn came and he turned over his card, reavealing a 10.  Strategically, he looked over the board, weighing his options on what would be the most advantageous move.  Across the board from him, Tim was starting to sweat.  Finally, Eric's eyes lit up in glee and he reached for one of his pieces.  He looked up at Tim, who was looking back at him with a scowl.  "Fine! Go ahead and send me back to my Start already!" Tim let out grumpily.  And so Eric moved his piece.  He had the option to move forward 10, but he would much rather send Tim's little piece back to Start so he took his card's other option, which was to move backwards {J} space(s).

Due to potential muggles working or playing near or around the final GZ, opting for a weekend or evening may be best.  Good luck!
