UPDATE! We will not meet at the coords of the cache, but at N49° 25.458 W2° 31.935! We can't change the cache coordinates accordingly, since it's more than 160m away from the original coords.
We've closely watched the weather forecast and it seems that there will be rain and heavy wind from the south - probably the worst you can have at the intended location, except for hail. So we decided to change the location to the picnic banks next to the Jerbourg Kiosk. This place should be better sheltered, and we can retreat to the cars in case it gets too bad.
We've added a waypoint to the cache so that your GPS can show you the way, but I'm sure you now which place we are talking about.

The last time we were on Guernsey, we met some of the particular nice local Geocachers at an event near the La Valette Bathing Pools, and we would love to see them again - or any other Geocachers from here or abroad. Since there currently is no event scheduled during our week long stay, we thought we would held our own.
We've nothing particular in mind, just meet up at a place with a lovely view that we've visited time and again. We hope you will want to join us and find the time. We've stated that the event is from 5 to 6pm, but we will be in no hurry to leave, as our home for the holidays is just around the corner.
