There is a nice little island where you can sit and relax, or fish. And now a cache to grab too. Parking is close by along one side of the street only. You will see muggles walking, roller blading, and riding bikes on a nice day. So, be stealthy.
Cache is one suitable for this busy location. Be sure to put it back properly to conceal it. And, you'll have to bring your own pen/pencil to sign the log.
